| Sale Contract: Terms and conditions a) When you place an order for any product (in this agreement 'resources') by submitting a completed order form on the website your contract with us will commence when we, Monu Professional Skincare (MPS), confirm acceptance of your order by automatic email ('Contract'). We agree, through our agents (MPD Offset Limited), that we will supply the resources listed on the said order. b) These Terms and Conditions shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other Terms and Conditions. c) Variations to these Terms and Conditions may from time to time be published on the website. All variations are binding. Ordering In submitting an order you acknowledge that: b) MPS may make any changes to the specification of the resources to conform to any statutory or European requirements. Delivery InformationWe do not currently despatch orders to locations outside of the UK. In illustrating the products on offer in Monu Print Shop we make every effort to reproduce details and colours as accurately as we can. Slight variations in colour and style may occur due to broadcasting limitations. Product Description We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However MPS does not warrant that descriptions of resources or other content of this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Your sole remedy, should resources be other than described on the website, is to return the resources in an unused state. Pricing Policy a) The price of the resources shall be the price as quoted on the website on the date the order was placed, subject to any inadvertent pricing errors (whether technical or otherwise) by MPS. b) The price of the resources includes any applicable Value Added Tax, which you shall be liable to pay to MPS. If for any reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned within 14 days and a full refund will be given. Credit Cards a) Credit and debit cards accepted by MPS are listed on the website. b) All payments by credit or debit cards will be taken prior to dispatch of the resources. Any fraudulent use of credit or debit cards will be notified to the authorities along with any identification details that were supplied with the order. Personalising your Products mpdprintshop.co.uk/monu aims to provide you with a fast, high quality service, so any products you order are immediately sent for production. Please double check your order on screen and your confirmation email carefully to check that all the details are correct. We cannot refund items where the personalisation has been misspelt due to an error made by you. If we prepare the goods in accordance with your specifications or instructions you must ensure that they will not result in the infringement of any intellectual property rights of a third party, or in the breach of any applicable law or regulation, including the Data Protection Act. If you are uploading a photo, images must be in JPEG format. Any other format such as Microsoft Word or PDF's cannot be accepted. For best results, we advise you make the image dimensions approximately 1000 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos. We print images at 300 ppi, so if you are scanning the image we recommend you use this setting. If you try to upload an image that has a lower resolution or image size we will accept it. However, an onscreen warning will appear to let you know that the image may not print to the standard you would expect. Right of Cancellation If any exchange or refund is required, please return the item(s) to: Please ensure that you enclose the copy of your Despatch Note within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery and clearly marked for the Customer Services Department. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels when returning goods and reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we consider the goods have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided with them. Access to the Website MPS grants you the right to use this website for your personal use but not to download or modify it or any part of it except with our prior written consent. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use or derivative use of the website or its contents.
